These Terms govern your use of the wdjs.it website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
We design and build websites, ecommerce, web services, SaaS, business systems, BI dashboards, Telegram bots and AI automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
3. Quotes and payment
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced in stages, with an upfront deposit before work begins.
- Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause work and incur statutory interest.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely content, access, feedback and approvals, and to hold all rights to any material you supply to us.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and to third-party or open-source components under their own licences. We may reference the completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Warranties and liability
We provide our services with professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Support and maintenance
Support, monitoring and maintenance after launch are provided under a separate agreement or SLA. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable notice period. You remain liable for work performed up to termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
